This collection is not about how anyone thinks of the photographs. It is merely a collection of what the person who compiled them considered to be the MOST FAMOUS. That means the most viewed, most reproduced etc. I don’t agree with some of the choices, but maybe there are facts (such as Churchill’s being the most reproduced) leading to the choices made.

About Che Guevara: The original isn’t that famous. Ok, it’s famous, but not at all as famous as the stylized version (in red, black and white).

About Tiananmen Square: Those are just frames from a video.

And it doesn’t say “world’s best photos”, it says “most famous”, so it should be fairly objective.
