Awwww. Aren’t the babies cute? And who’s going to spend his whole life paying through the nose for Barak’s TARP program? Is it you? Is it you? YES IT IS! IT’S YOU!

  3. Jan Kees on February 12th, 2009 5:29 am

    @Badfrog

And who’s fault is that? It’s Bush YES IT’S Bush his fault.

  4. Torley on February 12th, 2009 6:01 pm

Bush is like, “It’s a bomb!”

  5. Brynjar on February 15th, 2009 10:38 am

More like, “It’s a weapon of mass destruction!”

  6. J on February 22nd, 2009 1:19 pm

I bet those babies are happy about all the debt Obama is sticking on their generation.

  7. Silver on February 22nd, 2009 4:48 pm

    @ J

Because Bush certainly didn’t cause any debt for future generations. No… not at all.

  8. chaschl on February 22nd, 2009 5:27 pm

    aBOO… aBOO….

And who’s going to spend his whole life paying through the nose for Barak’s TARP program, Barney’s ineptitude, Pelosi’s power grab, and Reed’s idocy?

Is it you? Is it you?

OH NO, IT’S NOT YOU. YOUR CHILDREN will pay for Barak’s TARP program,

  9. Poptart on February 22nd, 2009 9:41 pm

Oh christ people. ONE person did not cause any of this. Barak is doing what he has to because of the fumble Bush made with the troubles that Clinton had to deal with that Bush Senior had a hand in… and so on and so forth. Jeeze guys.

Either way– I was HIGHLY amused.

  10. Rob on February 22nd, 2009 10:01 pm

You people are such blind fools. Oh Obama’s bad, but it’s okay, cos Bush was worse. Oh Bush was bad, but it’s okay, cause Clinton was worse. Wake up .. it doesn’t matter who’s in power, Republican or Democrat, it’s just a ploy to divide and conquer the masses. The corporations and bankers running the show have been shafting you for generations, yet you fools continue to argue along partisan lines and accept the next big shaft because THIS guy the opposite of the last one right, he’s gonna fix what the other one did? The whole system is a debt-based consumerist trap for suckers plodding along their 9-5s to buy endless crap they don’t need and can’t afford, while the banks run away with your money, time and freedom.

  11. derek davis on February 22nd, 2009 10:46 pm

  12. admin on February 23rd, 2009 1:27 am

    @poptart, @Rob

guys….u need to understand one thing and that is though president is the leader of nation but he is always heavily dependant on authorities. whatever they tell him/her they react accordingly.

but still leader is the one who is blamed and should be consider responsible for all the actions.

Personally Barak Obama seems to be nice guy but i dont think he will able to create changes for ppl as he promised in his election campaign.

  13. admin on February 23rd, 2009 1:28 am

    @derek

i hope there will be revolution but i dont see it anywhere in near future…..anyway hope for best and you will get the best……

  21. DM on February 23rd, 2009 9:07 pm

I don’t know how some American’s think Barack is bad for America.

His socialist programs will do nothing but good things for your stumbling nation. And I don’t mean just the economy. His programs, his tax investment in your country will be nothing but GOOD! Come to Canada. Free healthcare, safe streets, and lots of government run programs (successful government run programs) are the cause of high taxes. Stop crying about a bit more money going to the government. My government takes 50% of my money and I could careless….come to Canada or the UK and see what government programs and higher taxes can do for you.

  22. John Lennon on February 23rd, 2009 9:19 pm

    @ derek davis,

You say you want a revolution, well, you know, we all wanna change the world.

Don’t you know it’s gonna be, alright?

  23. admin on February 23rd, 2009 11:26 pm

    @John Lennon

this is really dangerous thought… we need revolution of what? we need revolution just coz we are going through some bad economic crises but that doesnt mean that we as a nation sleeping.

live nations always walk through these kind of crises with pride and believing on themselves………. we dont need a revolution just need a positive thinking……

  24. WOOOOOOW on February 23rd, 2009 11:43 pm

(“His socialist programs will do nothing but good things for your stumbling nation.”)
Before you start calling This Nation, America, a stumbling nation. Let’s think of yours for a second.

Well some people believe in doing things for yourself not having the government do everything for you. Do you want someone to wipe your ass to? Maybe you don’t have the ability to think for yourself but in America most people can make their own decisions about where their money should go. Why would I want the government taking more of my hard earned money to give it to someone who is physically and mentally capable of working for them selves? Why should I want the government taking more of my money because someone maid a bad financial decision, which is called living above your means, just in case you didn’t know. Being lazy, fat or skin color should not be acceptable to gain my tax dollars for anything; only temporary hard times or financial hardships should be acceptable for everyone. No matter what your skin color is, back ground, religion, or what ever should not be used to determine what you get and don’t get, decided by the government. My money is taken and given to people who hardly ever work, if they ever work, and they live better, own more and can do more than I can. AND you say we should be like your country so my government can take more of my money. America hasn’t fought for 200 hundred years to get where it is today, to just become like you and your country.

I could keep on going but I decided it’s not worth the time.

  25. ryan on February 24th, 2009 1:28 am

For it not being worth the time you certainly went on a ways. Besides, the Republicans are the reason so many people are not working right now.
Not everyone on unemployment was living above their means.
And it’s just as much the fault of the companies that gave out those home loans to people that couldn’t afford them down the line. What do I see now that the rate is down again, all the same companies trying to get more people to take out loans, and it will happen all over again.
You want to know what the problem with the country is? Not everyday people, trying to make ends meet. The corporations, and their greed is the problem.

  26. wtf on February 24th, 2009 3:01 am

Obama is the best thing that has happened to your shitty country, so stop complaining and do what the man says!

  27. WOOOOOOW on February 28th, 2009 8:26 pm

Ryan just so you know I am not a republican, but it is not just the republicans fault. It is just about every politician in all parties, Corporation and greed(I agree with you on that), but mostly I think America has lost its back bone. People are to afraid to stand up to the corrupt government officials and it should be the other way around. What would happen to you if you owed thousands of dollars to the IRS. Obama would not say you just made a mistake, you would be thrown in jail……….How many books could we buy for kids in school if every politician who owes taxes was to actually pay them every year, not after six years when you are given a seat in the IRS. Or how much better shape would we be in other areas, not just schools……..But it seems its ok for certain corrupt politicians to only pay their taxes when they are appointed to a seat in the IRS or a new position in government.(who am I talking about can anyone tell me.)

Wake up people I do not care what your party alignment is. Politicians are not above the laws that they make……………….Stand up united, not as republican not as democrat, not as liberal, and not as conservative, but as Americans.

  30. MusiqCharm06 on March 9th, 2009 4:46 pm

    @ WOOOOOOW

Do you not realize that over 50% of this country does NOT have the means of knowledge and information the same as you? While you sit in your comfortable home, with your college level degree, typing on your expensive laptop, on your lunch break at your great job; other people are fighting divorce battles, child custody hearings, putting food on the table, being parents, violent surroudings, deaths, lay-offs, struggling to pay off loans, struggling to pay for college tution, illnesses, and most often lack in education. These people face reality in a very differently than you. They don’t see a way to battle a corupt government when ends are NOT meeting. The hippies in the 70′s tried for something like that and look where they are now….nowhere; in fact probably being supported by programs Obama is looking to save with some of our tax money. Everyone is going to eventually need the aid of the gonvernment, and paying taxes (no matter how big or how small) is like sending money to charity. (Think of it that way, it might ease your mind a bit)….

  31. MusiqCharm06 on March 9th, 2009 4:51 pm

    P.S @ Woooooow

and just btw…our nation is stumbling so shut up and get behind him. That’s the only way out of this “hell hole” we’re in. I don’t see you being president and coming up with any solutions.

  32. K.C. on March 9th, 2009 10:05 pm

    So young, so naive…

They obviously have no idea which one wants to make it legal to have them KILLED.

  33. Mark Oium on March 13th, 2009 4:13 pm

The pics should be reversed! Obama should be holding generations of babies and apologizing to them for reducing their standard of living in the next 20 years. look, this financial mess we’re in now is a result of the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, Jimmy Carter – the worst president in the history of the US. Pressuring banks to lend to people who normally couldn’t afford a mortgage. Then, recently, the democrats who blocked the overhaul of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. And, now, Obama just signed – behind closed doors – a spending bill that will put the National debt at 13% of GDP – 13%. How are we going to pay for that?

  34. Jason on March 17th, 2009 11:40 pm

Obama plans on getting us out of debt and yet he just spent a trillion dollars on the economy. Oh and by the way look at approval ratings. Obama’s rating is FAR below what Bush’s was 2 months after he took office…. and i thought he was gonna end the Iraq war. Looks like somebody made way too many promises to keep. SURPRISE

  35. Andrew on March 19th, 2009 4:17 pm

    OBAMA EATS BABIES~!~!!!!!!!!

  36. WOOOOOOW on March 19th, 2009 7:16 pm

MusiqCharm06 you are right I do live in a different reality then most people. Instead of just complaining about my life, being negative about everything, blaming everything on everyone else, and sitting on my ass all day. I educate myself, work, and took out a loan to go to college; which I don’t have to pay back until I graduate.

You are wrong about a few things though. I think its funny people think just because I say I don’t want the government to take more of my money in taxes. People assume I am not struggling(I am), I dont own my own home(I don’t, cant afford one, cant even afford an apartment), I don’t have a great job(I work for Wal-Mart and it does not pay well), I also struggle to pay what bills I have living at home with my old man.

So lets think about this for one second; what is one percent of one trillion dollars. How many years does it take the average person to pay of a 10,000 dollar credit card debt at twenty-three percent interest. So how much will our taxes be raised in the next twenty years to pay of the huge loan Obama burrowed from Communist China; which by the way don’t like us to much. Ok then think about this; when you buy a new car and you put the car in the loan as collateral just in case you default on the loan. I wonder what China will expect from us if we default on the Obama loan???????

    Then some food for thought:
One of the things in his bill/stimulus plan has; was to give more money for people to get those converter boxes for their TVs. But yet there are people still homeless in New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina. Why are we as a nation more concerned about our TVs then people getting their livelihoods back?

hahahhahahahhahahhha that is so so funny

  38. dj41326 on March 26th, 2009 1:35 am

I guess you people still do not understand what is really happening. This is the Banker’s Manifesto of 1892. Charles Lindbergh Sr. Revealed this to Congress in the early 1900′s. The same Lindbergh who lost his baby. Read it in black and white and make your own decision as to WHAT or WHO you classify and affiliate yourself with. MEET THE NEW BOSS, SAME AS THE OLD BOSS.

“We (the bankers) must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance.

Organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them.

At the coming Omaha convention to be held July 4, 1892, our men must attend and direct its movement or else there will be set on foot such antagonism to our designs as may require force to overcome.

This at the present time would be premature. We are not yet ready for such a crisis. Capital must protect itself in every possible manner through combination (conspiracy) and legislation.

The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible.

When, through the process of law, the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers.

People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.

The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.

By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.”

Now your missing all the other pictures of bush when he was holding babies, Obama is a disgrace, he is going to make everything worse (he already is) can’t wait till he is gone

  40. wow.... on April 7th, 2009 6:02 pm

wow, the ignorance of Americans makes me pretty sick to my stomach. Especially considering I am an American. You all need to open your eyes a bit, realize that maybe, just maybe Obama is making some of the choices that need to be made, instead of just being a pawn to a regime of self-centered, old cronies. Just because we’re in a bad situation doesn’t mean we should place the blame on Obama. He isn’t the one that got us into this. It’s time for some change guys, whether you like it or not.

  41. Samantha on April 8th, 2009 12:44 am

Oh man, so much arguing over such a silly series of pictures!

Really, though, unless you’re going to try and enact some social change or convince others to then there’s not much point in complaining. Personally, I think Obama and his staff are doing the best they can to handle a shitty situation. It’s a situation that is way above my head but I do remember many economists saying everything’s going to get worse before it gets better. If you have problems with it then there are probably better ways to get your voice heard than through comments on a cute blog post.

Besides that hell if the government cant handle ss, medicare and medicaid what the hell makes people think they can handle our healthcare!??? People are so rediculous!!! I bet anyone on here who wants government health care makes under 25000 a year! Oh yeah coz revolutionary governments are always better, aren’t they?

  51. just another guy on February 19th, 2010 3:33 am

I just want to go back on a few of the comments made earlier. First, obviously our nation is stumbling. We are in a recession and a financial crisis. Saying that we are not stumbling is denying the problems we face. Next, “Maybe you don’t have the ability to think for yourself but in America most people can make their own decisions about where their money should go.”. This statement is completely flawed. One of the reasons for this financial mess is that people bought houses with mortgages that were too high for them to pay, yet they still bought the house. Also, a study has shown that millions of Americans are deeply in debt because they have been using their credit cards to buy expensive items and then barely pay anything on their credit card bills so that they get swamped by the rising debt. Three, a study has shown that socialist methods can benefit people. Denmark has the happiest people and “pay some of the highest taxes in the world — between 50 percent and 70 percent of their incomes. In exchange, the government covers all health care and education, and spends more on children and the elderly than any country in the world per capita…Those high taxes have another effect. Since a banker can end up taking home as much money as an artist, people don’t chose careers based on income or status. ‘They have this thing called ‘Jante-lov,’ which essentially says, ‘You’re no better then anybody else,’” said Buettner. ‘A garbage man can live in a middle-class neighborhood and hold his head high.’” Last, people keep blaming it on either the Republicans or the Democrats and sometimes Banks are thrown into the mix. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other and playing the blame game. This is just my opinion, but I think that it is EVERYONE’S fault, The Democrats and Republicans for pushing for housing with no down payments, the banks for going along with it, and the people who bought the houses when the knew they couldn’t afford it. Oh. I forgot to add one more thing. @Sebastian, the reason Americans are stupid is because our public school system is horrible, we are easily manipulated and are in denial, and some of us are afraid of progress.

  52. TL on April 23rd, 2010 5:21 pm

Okay, how has nobody pointed out that @admin didn’t get freaking @John Lennon is quoting a freaking BEATLES song!? That depresses me more than anything else in this thread.
